•    CMMC Consulting: Provide high-level and specialized advisory services in CMMC compliance for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors. 
•    Sales & Product Demonstrations: Lead the high-value sales pipeline by conducting product demonstrations focused on lead conversion and business acquisition. 
•    Industry Leadership & Brand Authority: Serve as the primary spokesperson and public face of Lepa Solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant and recognized expert within the compliance industry. 
•    Financial Management: Oversee and manage the startup’s financial operations, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and growth forecasting.

Main Responsabilities

•    Product Development: Lead the architectural design, development, and continuous versioning of the CMMC Self-Assessment App platform. 
•    Product Management: Define the software’s technical roadmap, prioritizing features based on market feedback and evolving regulatory requirements in the U.S. and Canada. 
•    Technical Documentation: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including release notes and product records for each software deployment. 
•    Technical Content Creation (Blogs & Vlogs): Research and publish high-value technical content aimed at educating the community and supporting the company’s organic growth strategy.

•    Digital Strategy: Design, implement, and measure digital marketing initiatives to strategically position Lepa Solutions within the U.S. and Canadian DIB markets. 
•    Website & Brand Management: Manage, optimize, and maintain the corporate website, ensuring a strong, professional, and consistent brand identity across all digital platforms. 
•    Distribution & Alternative Channels: Identify, test, and leverage new acquisition and visibility channels including niche communities, industry events, and professional networks to diversify lead generation efforts. 
•    Sales Support: Work closely with the CEO to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with the startup’s sales funnel, demo generation, and conversion objectives.
